BookExpo America (BEA) is the book industry’s number one book and author event in North America, and Ken Cook Co. is happy to be there. BEA will take place in the dynamic city of Chicago May 11-13, 2016. Representing Ken Cook Co. is Brian McGowan, Vice President Corporate Services, and Outside Sales Representative Kyle Schlies. With print clients of all sizes, Ken Cook Co. services publishers and authors seeking short-run paperback books.

BEA is designed for authors, bloggers, publishers, booksellers, retailers, librarians, educators and rights/licensing professionals. Attendees will learn about trends in the publishing industry, printing, bookselling, interacting with readers, and more. More than 400 authors will be available throughout the three-day event to give autographs.
Must-Attend Fun with Famous Authors
Enjoy an adult book and author breakfast on Thursday, May 12 with Faith Salie, Sebastian Junger, Colson Whitehead and Louise Penny. A children’s book and author breakfast will take place on Friday, May 13 featuring Jamie Lee Curtis, Gene Luen Yang, Sabaa Tahir and Dav Pilkey. On Friday attendees can experience tea with authors Michael Kortya, Maggie Stiefvater, John Scalzi and Terry McMillan.
