Ken Cook Co. will attend World of Concrete, the official place to be for those in concrete and masonry.

Chris Kostka and Kyle Schlies, Outside Sales Executives at Ken Cook Co., look forward to making their annual pilgrimage to the World of Concrete show in Las Vegas. This is a must-attend international event for professionals in the concrete, masonry and construction industries. New this year is an area on the show floor for pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete. The event features indoor and outdoor exhibits, demonstrations, competitions, luncheons, forums, and suppliers showcasing their latest products and putting them to the test. In addition, the event will offer safety training courses. This show has a 43-year history and has been appealing to professionals in the fields of material handling, concrete repair, concrete demolition, construction technologies, concrete surfaces, and decorative applications.

“We’re happy to see customers at World of Concrete. This is an international event and the official place to be for those in concrete and masonry,” Chris says of the event.

Kyle adds, “The hands-on aspects of this show are truly spectacular. Events like this bring us closer to our customers, who get to share their latest innovations with us.”

In addition to the show, there will be extra educational and recreational opportunities. The International Concrete Polishing & Staining Committee (ICPSC) will hold a day of presentations on February 1. Don’t miss Masonry Madness, an exciting masonry competition happening throughout the day on February 3. Expect to see a Masonry Skills Challenge, a Fastest Trowel on the Block competition, a John Deere Operator Challenge, and much more. On February 3 there will also be a Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Auction. The event comes to a close on February 5, when attendees can experience an informative Hoover Dam Bridge and Bypass Tour with some fascinating construction secrets.
