New Berlin, Wisconsin: This is an exciting time at Ken Cook Co., which is celebrating its 75th anniversary along with its recent relocation to a modern facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The new facility, located near the New Berlin Industrial Park, offers more space for the company’s printing, bindery, fulfillment and shipping operations. It also features a spacious warehouse and a single-story office layout that promotes team collaboration.
Ken Cook Co. supports original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the manufacturing, automotive and marine industries by meeting their technical documentation and training needs. As a flexible and customer-focused service provider, Ken Cook Co. handles all facets of the technical communication process—from technical writing and safety messaging to technical training and printing of technical documentation.
“We have noticed OEMs placing an increased emphasis on safety messaging in technical documentation and training,” Kenneth J. Cook, President and CEO, stated, “which has significantly improved the safe operation of their equipment.”
With the recent relocation, Cook took a trip down memory lane looking through archived documents, awards and photos, most of which belonged to his father, Kenneth A. Cook, who founded the company in 1944. “There have been many changes throughout the years, especially with the advancements in technology, but our roots in technical communication are stronger than ever,” Cook noted.
Ken Cook Co.’s new address is 2855 S. Calhoun Road, New Berlin, WI 53151. To contact staff at Ken Cook Co., send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 414-466-6060.
