John Deere needed aftermarket sales of technical documentation to support their many products. Instructional, Safety, and Operational documents to be stored on cloud-based server for ready access of on-demand requests. Old stock presented logistical issues to warehouse physical inventory and document degradation over time. Proving non-efficient and needed to be transitioned to digital cloud-based solution.

Solution

Ken Cook Co. developed a Digital Bookstore allowing dealers and customers the ability to order printed technical information on demand. There is no need for maintaining inventory or warehousing of existing printed materials.

A great customer experience allows users the ability to order just one manual in a variety of delivery formats including Print, Download, USB, and CD/DVD.
