Ken Cook Co. collaborates with NASM, the National Association of Service Managers, an organization offering professional leadership and education to the service executive while also improving their managerial finesse in the business and in the organizations that they represent.
Three entities will collaborate to cohost this symposium – the National Association of Service Managers (NASM), the Society for Service Executives (SSE) and the Association of Support Professionals (ASP). “Disruptive Technology and the Customer Experience” is the theme for this symposium.
